Location: Pejeng Kangin, Gianyar, Bali
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private luxury villa in Pejeng Kangin, Gianyar. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hospitality-driven, and capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing staff and property operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day villa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Supervise and coordinate villa staff (housekeeping,freelance maintenance, etc.)
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and personalized service requests
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and inventory management
Manage budgets, expenses, and basic financial reporting
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Based in Bali or willing to relocate
