Key Responsibilities
• Handle business licenses & regulatory compliance (SIUP, KBLI, Import, BKPM, NKV)
• Coordinate with notaries and legal consultants
• Oversee office operations & manage vendors
• Control GA costs and support company events
• Maintain documentation and administrative systems
• Monitor company assets, inventory & maintenance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Law, Accounting, Administration, or related)
• Familiar with technician task is a plus
• Experience in MLM / Direct Selling is a plus
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• English is an advantage
