Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities for telecom network deployment projects.
Manage implementation schedules and ensure timely project execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, ASPs, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
Support project planning, execution, and reporting to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
Manage and monitor ASP performance, resource allocation, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and implementation updates.
Analyze project data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and delivery performance.
Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and proactive issue management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
Ensure financial awareness by monitoring project costs, utilization, and delivery performance.
