Key responsibilities
Oversee all daily treasury operations including fund management, liquidity management and cash flow forecasting
Lead and manage the treasury operations team, providing direction, mentorship and performance management
Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures and operational frameworks that comply with regulatory standards and best practices
Monitor and manage financial instruments, securities portfolios and foreign exchange transactions
Ensure accurate settlement of transactions and reconciliation of treasury accounts
Manage relationships with external counterparties, clearing houses, custodians and financial service providers
Oversee risk management protocols within treasury operations, including market risk, liquidity risk and operational risk
Prepare and present treasury operation reports, performance metrics and key indicators to senior management
Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations, exchange control regulations and internal policies
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the treasury function
Coordinate with other departments including Finance, Risk Management and Compliance to ensure integrated treasury management
What we're looking for
A minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury operations or treasury management within a banking or financial services organisation
At least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing treasury teams
Strong knowledge of banking treasury operations, including liquidity management, fund management and settlement processes
Proven understanding of financial instruments, foreign exchange operations and money markets
Comprehensive knowledge of Bank Indonesia regulations, compliance requirements and banking sector standards in Indonesia
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence tools
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team development and performance management
Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Certification in treasury management, finance or banking (such as CTP or equivalent) is highly desirable
Understanding of risk management frameworks and operational risk controls
