- Proaktif mengklarifikasi ambiguitas SEBELUM sprint dimulai
Kualifikasi Wajib
- Menguasai fondasi analisis bisnis: penulisan User Story & notulen yang dapat digunakan orang lain, Jira & Confluence
- Berpengalaman sebagai Business Analyst atau setara minimal 3 tahun
- Mampu menulis User Story & Acceptance Criteria yang dapat diuji
- Dokumentasi teknis (BRD, SRS/FRS, Use Case, MoSCoW)
- Memodelkan proses bisnis (BPMN) & cepat memahami domain baru
