Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years experiences as Supervisor in Marketing Communications, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content trends
Branding & visual communication understanding
Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willing to be based in Canggu, Badung, Bali
Responsibilities
Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards and revenue targets
Manage and optimize digital channels (social media, website, OTA listings, email marketing)
Plan and maintain content calendar across all platforms
Develop engaging content including copywriting, visuals, and video direction
Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints and marketing materials
Support PR initiatives including media relations, press releases, and influencer/KOL partnerships
Coordinate promotions for rooms, F&B outlets, weddings, and hotel events
Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations and brand experiences
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversion, revenue impact) and provide insights
Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations to align marketing with business needs
Manage external vendors, agencies, and production timelines
Control marketing expenses in line with budget allocation
Supervise and support team members (design, content, admin) to ensure smooth execution
