About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in our GP clinic, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary healthcare. Working alongside our GPs and wider clinical team, you'll provide a broad range of nursing services including immunisations, wound care, cervical screening, chronic disease management, health assessments, patient education, and clinical triage. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll build ongoing relationships with patients, contribute to preventative healthcare, and help ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day clinical services in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a part-time role working approximately 20-25 hours per week.
About You
We're seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NZ practising certificate who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have:
· Strong clinical skills
· Experience in general practice is preferred but not essential
· Proficiency in immunisations, smear testing, diabetes annual reviews, and other nurse consultations
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Computer literacy (Medtech practice management software experience advantageous)
· A caring and empathetic nature
· The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment
