Job Descriptions :

  • Melakukan operasional transaksi harian finance

  • Memastikan kelengkapan dan keakuratan dokumen untuk seluruh transaksi AP ( memeriksa setiap transaksi pengeluaran uang )

  • Melakukan pembayaran ke supplier dll

  • Memonitor Saldo bank dan Membuat Cashflow harian

  • Melakukan koordinasi dan mengontrol AP

  • Koordinasi dengan Pihak Bank

  • Mencatat semua transaksi ke dalam sistem

  • Menyiapkan dan mengkoordinasikan laporan terkait mutasi dan saldo bank, serta laporan lainnya terkait dengan AP

  • Koordinasi dengan cabang dan divisi lainnya

  • Mengontrol Team dan memastikan perkerjaan team sudah sesuai dengan SOP


Requirements :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Ekonomi

  • Pengalaman kerja 3 tahun sesuai bidang

  • Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel

  • Dapat membuat jurnal

  • Dapat mengoperasikan sistem SAP

  • Teliti dan disiplin
