Currently #HOGOShippingIndonesia is seeking a staff for PPJK Staf position to join our dynamic team at PT. HOGO Shipping Indonesia at Cakung, East Jakarta. Office hour Monday- Friday (08:00AM - 17:00PM)
What you'll be doing
- Data Entry PIB, PEB, CEISA
- Handle Shipment Free Hand Sales (custom clearance)
- Follow up Shipment Free Hand Sales
What we're looking for
• Have a minimum of 1 years experience in Freight Forwarding Company / PPJK position
• Bachelor Degree in Logistic Transportation
• Proficiency in EDI Application System and Ceisa 4.0.
• Strong understanding of Customs Systems (Bea Cukai), PEB&PIB processes, Export and Import Customs Processes, and relevant regulations.
-Excellent communication skills for interaction with Customs officers and clients.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to stand by (Online) on weekends & holidays
