Brand, Content & Social Coordinator

Egmont Honey is one of New Zealand's most celebrated honey brands, crafted in the shadow of Mount Taranaki. From our raw m?nuka to our everyday table honeys, everything we do is rooted in quality, provenance, and a genuine love for what we make. We export globally, we're growing fast, and we need a creative force to help us tell that story better.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, based in Bell Block.

We're looking for a creative, organised Brand, Content & Social Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across social media, email marketing and digital channels. This isn't a role where you'll only schedule posts. You'll be out creating content, telling stories, working with ambassadors, launching campaigns and helping shape one of New Zealand's most recognised honey brands.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same, but you'll be involved in things like:

• Managing our organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

• Creating engaging photo and video content from concept through to editing

• Planning and maintaining our content calendar

• Writing social captions, campaign copy and email marketing

• Managing our Klaviyo email campaigns and customer journeys

• Coordinating ambassador and influencer partnerships

• Monitoring performance and using insights to continually improve results

• Creating simple but polished graphics using Canva or similar tools

• Working alongside our marketing team to deliver campaigns that grow the Egmont Honey brand

About you

You'll probably have around 2-3 years' experience in a content, social media or digital marketing role and genuinely enjoy creating content that connects with people.

You'll bring:

• Experience managing business social media accounts

• Strong video creation and editing skills

• Great copywriting and storytelling ability

• Experience with Canva (or similar design tools)

• Experience using Klaviyo or another email marketing platform

• An eye for trends and a willingness to try new ideas

• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

• A proactive attitude and willingness to roll your sleeves up

• Experience working with influencers or ambassadors would be an advantage but isn't essential.
