Job Description
Handle purchasing of direct materials, suppliers, and subcontractors to support business operations.
Ensure purchases are cost-effective, timely, and high quality.
Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess or obsolete items.
Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
Work closely with other departments (Production, Quality and Product Development Department) to meet procurement needs.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
7 years of experience in direct procurement (manufacturing or multinational is preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficient in ERP systems (AS400/SAP) and Excel.
