  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 (tiga) tahun sebagai Supervisor Housekeeping & Landscape, Housekeeping Supervisor, Landscape Supervisor, Estate Supervisor, Facility Management Supervisor, atau posisi setara.

  • Berpengalaman mengelola operasional housekeeping pada gedung perkantoran, pusat perbelanjaan, apartemen, hotel, rumah sakit, kawasan komersial, atau mixed-use building.

  • Berpengalaman mengelola pekerjaan landscape, taman, hardscape, softscape, dan area terbuka hijau.

  • Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim operasional minimal 20 personel.
