Job description:
- Supervise daily construction site activities
- Ensure work follows plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, quality and safety
- Prepare site reports and documenttation
- Resolve technical and on-site issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus (but not required)
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial construction, renovations, fit-out, or related works
- Knowledge of standard construction methods, quality standards, and generally accepted construction practices
- Proven experience in site supervision and coordination
- Valid driver’s license (manual)
- Basic office and documentation skills (MS Excel, MS Word, reports, and email correspondence)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams
- Capable of leading and supervising general foremen and skilled workers
