- Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Commis atau posisi setara.
- Memahami basic food preparation, cooking techniques, dan plating.
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang food safety & hygiene (HACCP/sanitasi).
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan dalam lingkungan yang cepat.
- Mampu mengikuti recipe dan SOP dengan konsisten.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan teamwork yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur.
- Memiliki sikap disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan inisiatif.
- Pengalaman di restoran dengan konsep yang sama menjadi nilai tambah.
