Handle import licensing applications, including Persetujuan Impor (PI) and other import permits.
Analyze HS Codes and determine import licensing requirements based on Indonesian regulations.
Prepare and submit import permit applications through government systems such as INATRADE, INSW, and OSS.
Process and monitor PI, Pertek, API, import realization reports, and other regulatory approvals.
Coordinate with government institutions, including Kemendag, Kemenperin, Bea Cukai, and other related authorities.
Review and verify client documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
Communicate with Indonesian and Chinese clients regarding licensing processes and application progress.
Track project timelines and ensure import permits are processed efficiently.
Monitor updates to Indonesian import regulations and provide guidance to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Law, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in import licensing, customs, trade compliance, or import/export operations.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); HSK certification is a plus.
Familiar with Indonesian import regulations and licensing procedures.
Experience handling PI (Persetujuan Impor), Pertek, API, INATRADE, INSW, OSS, and other import-related permits is preferred.
Able to analyze HS Codes and understand import requirements for various product categories.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with Chinese companies is an advantage.
