Job Responsibilities:
Source and develop suppliers across categories such as home living, beauty, and stationery & toys
Lead procurement activities including price negotiation, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contract finalization
Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure product quality, compliance, and reliable supply
Conduct product sampling, testing, and benchmarking, and provide improvement recommendations
Monitor market trends and optimize product cost and competitiveness
Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships while continuously improving the supplier base
Support other procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum experience in procurement/buying, preferably handling categories such as home living, beauty, or stationery & toys
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Good analytical thinking with a cost-conscious and market-driven mindset
Able to communicate in English for daily work (Mandarin is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
