Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain local pharmaceutical supplier resources in Indonesia, establish long-term partnerships, and ensure supply chain stability;
2. Develop procurement plans for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other product categories based on Indonesian market demand and company strategy, optimizing the product category structure;
3. Negotiate procurement prices and terms, control costs, and improve gross profit margin;
4. Be familiar with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulatory policies (such as BPOM certification and import licensing procedures) to ensure the legality and compliance of the procurement process;
5. Identify supply chain risks (such as supply disruptions and policy changes) and develop contingency plans;
6. Develop product procurement processes and quality management standards, and support new product introductions and promotional activities.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry, familiar with the entire product category supply chain process;
2. Practical experience in supplier development, negotiation, cost control, and compliance management;
3. Possess a rich local supplier network and be able to quickly connect with high-quality resources. Familiar with Indonesian pharmaceutical/cosmetic import policies, customs clearance procedures, and industry regulatory requirements.
