Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development is an advantage.
Good understanding of software development principles and debugging techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to travel for customer visits and project support when required.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in product design and development, particularly in firmware and software applications.
Validate software and firmware designs and ensure functionality meets product specifications.
Support product certification processes and participate in internal and external audits.
Conduct product testing, evaluation, and validation activities.
Deliver product presentations and provide product training to customers.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and application of the company’s products.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Sales teams to support product development and customer requirements.
Prepare technical documentation and support the sales team during bidding and tender processes.
