Sunset light over the Bukit, post-surf social hours, retreat tie-ins, lifestyle pairings: your work here doubles as Bali content and as Oasis Padel content, and both audiences matter. We expect a Bali-native visual sensibility that is warm, sun-drenched, social, and never staged-feeling.

Role Overview

The Videographer is how the rest of the world sees Oasis Padel. Every reel, every highlight clip, every drone shot of our courts at golden hour: that is your work. You capture the energy of the games, the social moments after, and the brand-grade content that drives bookings, sponsorships, and corporate interest. You own your equipment, you direct your shots, and you edit your own work to publish-ready quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit video and image content from weekly games, tournaments, corporate events, and social nights.

• Produce a consistent weekly content output: short-form reels for Instagram and TikTok, long-form recap edits for YouTube and corporate clients, and stills for social and print.

• Deliver assets in formats ready for social media (vertical 9:16, square 1:1, horizontal 16:9), brochures and flyers (print-quality stills), corporate decks, and sponsorship pitch materials.

• Operate a drone responsibly and legally for aerial venue, tournament, and brand shots.

• Maintain a clear asset library that is labeled, dated, and searchable, so the Marcomm Lead and partners can pull content quickly.

• Work with the Marcomm Lead from a shared shot list and content calendar. You also bring your own ideas to the table.

• Capture sponsorship-grade content for partner brands (drinks shots, apparel features, equipment hero shots) and deliver to brief.

• Be present at all major events. Many of these are evenings and weekends.

What Bali Looks Like in This Role

• Capture golden-hour and sunset content at the venue weekly.

• Build content collaborations with surf, wellness, and lifestyle brands operating on the Bukit.

• Aerial drone shots of the venue and the surrounding Bukit landscape for hero brand reels.

• Cover Bali-format events: sunset socials, post-surf padel, retreat tournaments, beach-club crossover events.

Equipment Requirements

• REQUIRED: Your own professional camera body (mirrorless or DSLR), at least one fast lens suitable for sports and low-light venue conditions, your own audio gear, your own lighting kit for product and indoor shots, and your own computer with a current edit suite (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).

• STRONGLY PREFERRED: A drone with a valid Indonesian operator permit (Remote Pilot Certificate / Sertifikat Remote Pilot from DGCA) and proof of registration. Candidates without a drone may still be considered if their ground content is exceptional and they are willing to obtain certification within 90 days.

• We do not provide equipment. You are responsible for your own gear, its insurance, and its maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience shooting and editing sports, lifestyle, hospitality, or brand content.

• Portfolio link showing short-form social reels, at least one event recap edit, drone work (if applicable), and stills used in print or brand collateral.

• Strong technical command of exposure, audio capture in noisy environments, and color grading.

• Fast turnaround. Same-day rough cuts on event nights, 48-hour delivery on hero edits.

• Comfortable shooting sports: fast subjects, unpredictable light, glass walls, and indoor reflections.

• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Will work weekends and evenings. This is when our content lives.
