Job Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and phone calls) on behalf of the Director
Maintain and organize confidential files and important company documents
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist in meeting preparation, including preparing materials and taking minutes of meetings
Ensure strict confidentiality of all company and executive information
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience as a Director’s Secretary / Executive Secretary
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus
Professional appearance and attitude
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
