Qualifications :
- Woman 22 - 28 years old
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Administration business, Secretarial, or all majors
- Minimum 2 years experience in Secretary roles
- Detail, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively
- Have skills in Microsoft Office & communication, presentation, administrative support software and digital communications
- Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of administrative support including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Communication intermediary between directors and other departments and external parties
