About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to support the company's growth. This role also involves conducting market analysis, preparing commercial proposals, and expanding business opportunities across the Port & Marine, Logistics, Oil & Gas, and Freight Forwarding sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Develop business strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
Prepare business proposals and lead commercial negotiations.
Conduct market, financial, and feasibility analyses for new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Achieve business development targets and support long-term business expansion.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, marketing management
2 years of working experiences in a reputable port & marine, logistics industry specialized oil and gas and freight forwarding.
Proven track record of success in business development, corporate planning or related field
Proficiency in conducting feasibility studies, including data analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment
Strong ability to identify and capture new business opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient in market research, financial analysis and strategic planning
Have good networking in Logistics Business and Market
Maintain good relationship with clients
Highly motivated and have good communication & negotiation skill
Able to work independently
Willingness to be placed in Lamongan
