Hiring for Pre-School Principal and Elementary Principal
Qualification :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school leadership role (e.g., Principal, Vice Principal, or Coordinator).
Strong academic background with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Thorough understanding of curriculum development, modern teaching methodologies, and educational best practices.
MUST be fluent in English, both written and spoken (Mandatory).
Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
Computer literate ( microsoft office, etc )
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development.
Highly self-disciplined, creative, flexible, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
