SYARAT

  1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (Perhotelan, Jasa Boga atau jurusan lain yang relevan)

1. Mengkoordinir berjalannya operasional kebun sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan (SOP)

2. Memastikan kebutuhan dan administrasi operasional kebun terpenuhi

3. Memimpim, mengarahkan, dan membangun kerja sama tim crew kebun

4. Mengelola pembagian shift dan pembagian tugas tim crew kebun

5. Memastikan kualitas produk, memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada customer dan mampu menangani komplain customer secara profesional
