Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Memastikan penerapan sistem keamanan pangan (GMP, HACCP)

  • Monitoring CCP/OPRP, sanitasi, dan higienitas area produksi.

  • Mengelola dokumen mutu & food safety, kalibrasi, dan audit internal.

  • Penanganan ketidaksesuaian produk dan komplain pelanggan.

  • Menjalankan program K3 & pengelolaan lingkungan di area produksi.

  • Melakukan identifikasi risiko, investigasi kecelakaan, dan rekomendasi perbaikan.

  • Menyusun dan mengelola dokumen SHE serta pemenuhan regulasi (limbah, izin lingkungan, Disnaker)

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknologi Pangan, Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Masyarakat, Biologi, Kimia, atau jurusan relevan.

  • Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang QA/QC atau SHE industri pangan (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan).

  • Memahami prinsip GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 atau FSSC 22000.

  • Memahami dasar K3 & pengelolaan lingkungan (sertifikat K3 umum menjadi nilai tambah).
