Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Memberikan layanan pertolongan pertama (First Aid) kepada karyawan di area proyek.
Melakukan pengecekan kondisi kesehatan pekerja secara rutin (health surveillance).
Menangani keadaan darurat medis di lokasi kerja sesuai prosedur HSE.
Memastikan ketersediaan dan kelayakan peralatan medis serta obat-obatan.
Membuat laporan insiden medis, perawatan, dan aktivitas kesehatan.
Mendukung program HSE perusahaan terkait kesehatan kerja.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3 Keperawatan / D3 Kesehatan / Paramedic.
Memiliki STR aktif dan sertifikat BTCLS / PPGD / First Aid.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai paramedic di industri Oil & Gas / EPC / Heavy Industry (lebih disukai).
Memahami prosedur K3, penanganan keadaan darurat, dan manajemen klinik lapangan.
Bersedia bekerja shift apabila diperlukan.
Komunikatif, sigap, dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan proyek.
Keahlian Tambahan (nilai plus): Sertifikat HSE (BNSP) / Petugas P3K / Ahli K3.
Mampu menyusun laporan medis.
