Job Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
- Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Update and maintain company databases and records.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
- Support the Data Analyst in daily reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or data encoding is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret data and prepare meaningful reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite.
