Role: Enterprise Field Engineer
Location: Remote, Europe
Required skills:
- Experience delivering technical advisory or consulting engagements for enterprise customers;
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe CX Enterprise solutions;
- Experience with solutions such as RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Workfront, CSC, or EDS;
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation processes;
- Experience conducting structured technical assessments and presenting recommendations to stakeholders;
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, roadmaps, and recommendation reports;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working in customer-facing environments with technical and business teams;
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments and enterprise architectures;
- Understanding of data governance and GDPR requirements;
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities;
- Adobe certifications are a plus;
- Fluent English communication skills;
- Additional European languages such as Spanish, German, French, Dutch, or Italian are a plus.
