Qualifications
- Must be a Registered and Certified Psychometrician with a valid PRC license.
- Authorized to administer, score, and interpret psychological and psychometric assessments.
- Knowledgeable in psychological testing, assessment procedures, and ethical standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of preparing accurate assessment reports.
- No specific years of experience required. Newly licensed and experienced psychometricians are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological and psychometric tests.
- Conduct assessments in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate psychological assessment reports.
- Explain assessment results to clients or referring professionals when appropriate.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential patient records.
- Coordinate with psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding assessment findings.
- Ensure all testing materials and records are properly maintained and secured.
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating assessment appointments.
- Stay updated on current psychometric practices, testing tools, and professional guidelines.
- Perform other duties related to psychological assessment and patient care as assigned.
