Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain product costing and production cost calculations.
- Monitor material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Analyze cost variances and prepare cost reports.
- Support inventory costing and stock reconciliation.
- Assist with month-end closing related to cost accounting.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure accurate cost data.
- Support stock opname and inventory analysis.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Costing, or Inventory Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
