Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English and can speak in Korea (daily conversation and basic writing)
At least 1 years of experience as a Secretary to BOD or Executive Assistant in a multinational company.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly disciplined and responsible with strong attention to detail.
Willing to work outside regular hours when required.
Job Description:
Manage and coordinate schedule of CEO and arranging meeting or appointment
Organize business travel arrangements, including tickets, hotels, transportation, and visa applications if necessary
Prepare and handle correspondence, emails, and essential documents for the BOD.
Draft meeting minutes, reports, and presentations for management purposes.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and external parties, including clients and business - partners.
Provide personal assistance and clerical support to CEO and all expat on daily matters as requested
