Job Description :
Respond to customer inquiries through Sociolla, Lilla, and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada), including product consultations, order inquiries, and delivery status.
Provide accurate product recommendations by developing a strong understanding of Sociolla's product portfolio and in-house brands.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service by providing responsive, professional, and customer-oriented support.
