Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily site safety activities.

  • Conduct routine safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.

  • Ensure workers comply with PPE and safety regulations.

  • Assist in safety training and toolbox meetings.

  • Prepare daily and weekly HSE reports.

  • Report hazards, incidents, and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in large construction projects.

  • Holds a valid Indonesian K3 General (AK3U) / HSE Certification.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

  • Data Center project experience is an advantage.
