Job Description:

1. Mengoperasikan mesin CNC 3 Axis dan 4 Axis untuk proses produksi.

2. Mengoperasikan software CNC seperti PowerMill dan/atau Mastercam untuk membuat serta mengedit program machining.

3. Membaca dan memahami gambar teknik (technical drawing) sebagai acuan proses produksi.

4. Melakukan setup mesin, pemilihan tooling, dan memastikan parameter machining sesuai spesifikasi.

5. Melakukan pengecekan hasil machining untuk memastikan kualitas dan akurasi produk.

6. Melakukan perawatan dasar (basic maintenance) mesin CNC dan menjaga kebersihan area kerja.

7. Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi untuk memastikan target produksi tercapai.

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Mesin atau jurusan terkait.

- Berpengalaman sebagai Operator CNC.

- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin CNC 3 Axis dan 4 Axis.

- Menguasai software PowerMill dan/atau Mastercam.

- Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik.

- Memahami penggunaan alat ukur.

- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
