We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing cryptocurrency platform. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, and working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently while delivering a seamless user experien
Responsibilities:
Work with existing support team members to ensure customers receive responses within 24 hours
Communicate with the company's technical teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Track the most common issues on a weekly or monthly basis, and accordingly implement improvements to company processes
Track and report user feedback with the goal of improving the usability of our services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any major.
1-2 years experience working in a Customer Service or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams and cultures.
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain technology, with a strong interest in learning more about the industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Willing to work at night-time (00:00-09:00), without no rotation shift. These working hours are permanent.
