Job Desc 

  • Menerima pengajuan claim kesehatan (reimburse/cashless)

  • Melakukan analisa administratif dan medis sesuai dengan ketentuan polis

  • Melakukan proses registrasi dan penginputan claim dalam system

  • Melakukan proses pending dan tolak claim sesuai dengan ketentuan polis

  • Kordinasi antar bagian (internal health divisi) terkait proses klaim. 

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/ S1 Keperawatan

  • Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun sebagai claim analyst di Asuransi Kesehatan

  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai perawat

  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
