Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Handle employee administration, including employment contracts, personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Administer BPJS, tax, and other employment-related documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
Translate documents and facilitate communication between Indonesian employees and the Chinese management team (Mandarin–Indonesian).
Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.
Coordinate employee onboarding, probation evaluations, offboarding, and exit procedures.
Maintain and update employee records in the internal HR database.
Support employee relations by addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and other administrative reports as required.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training, and performance management initiatives.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
Proficient in Mandarin (minimum HSK 4/HSK 5 or equivalent); able to communicate with native Chinese speakers.
Good command of English is an advantage.
Familiar with Indonesian labor law, BPJS, payroll, recruitment, and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in Pluit, North Jakarta.
