Job Description
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

  • Handle employee administration, including employment contracts, personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

  • Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing.

  • Administer BPJS, tax, and other employment-related documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

  • Translate documents and facilitate communication between Indonesian employees and the Chinese management team (Mandarin–Indonesian).

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, probation evaluations, offboarding, and exit procedures.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the internal HR database.

  • Support employee relations by addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving workplace issues.

  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and other administrative reports as required.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training, and performance management initiatives.

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.

  • Proficient in Mandarin (minimum HSK 4/HSK 5 or equivalent); able to communicate with native Chinese speakers.

  • Good command of English is an advantage.

  • Familiar with Indonesian labor law, BPJS, payroll, recruitment, and HR administration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work in Pluit, North Jakarta.
