Job Description:
Formulate longterm (strategic) business and organizational performance and stages of achievement through a number of business units managed and understanding the internal and external conditions of the organization
Maintain business continuity and growth by strengthening the fundamentals of the restaurant business (restaurant operations, regional portfolio, regional market positioning and strategy)
Maintain business continuity and growth by strengthening business analysis (financial and non-financial), both for existing and new stores
Job Qualification:
Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Master degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in a regional management role from restaurant or retail industry
Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
