- Facilitate Complete Recruitment Process – Job Posting, Screening and Selection
- Document Controller of Employee 201 File Records (soft and hard copy)·
- Facilitate Employee On-Boarding Process – Validation of Pre-employment Requirements, Assist New Employee on Opening ATM Payroll, Introduction to Team,Conduct Employees Manual Orientation and Issuance of Employee Tools·
- Monitoring and Encoding of Timekeeping Records·
- Assist in Preparation of Payroll Computation – Encode Timekeeping, Payroll Register Computation, Update Payroll Monitoring Files, Prepare Payslip,Encode Salary Crediting to BPI Bizlink Online and Monitor Payroll Approval from Execom. ·
- Facilitate and Organize Company Events – Christmas Party, Team Building,HR Activities, etc.
- Communicate and Disseminate Announcement and Circulars to the Team for implementation and guidelines.·
- Facilitate Employee Separation – Handle Exit Interview, Process Clearance and Last Pay
- Process and Administer Employee Compensation and Benefits (Leave, HMO, Loans, Allowances and Perks)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations·
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Ø ADMIN
- Monthly Monitoring and Payment Request processing of ALL Utility Billings,Landlines, Company Phone, Electricity and Water Bills
- ·Maintenance of Antipolo and Pasig Office, Employee Staff House Facility and Serendra Property·
- Monitor and Evaluate Company Phone Plans and Packages
- Monthly Monitoring and Payment of Company Vehicle Fleet Card and RFID
- Annual Processing and Payment of Business Permit (Antipolo and Pasig)
- Monitoring of Company Vehicle – Prepare and facilitate Company Vehicle,Orientation, Preventive Maintenance, Service Repairs, Monitor PMS Materials for purchase, Coordinate with Insurance Agency, Investigate Incident and Accident Reports for Insurance Claims and Internal Policy Procedure, Document Controller of Company Vehicle Records (LTO Registration, Insurance and Vehicle Assignment papers), Monitor and record Checklist Inspection and Odometer Reading
- Facilitate Supplies, Tools and Equipment Inventory – Purchasing, Releasing to Assignee and Monitoring Records.
- Facilitate Hotel and Travel Bookings for Employee and Executive Business Trips (Issuance of Travel Order, Process VISA and Coordinate with Hotel for Accreditation)
