Responsibilities
1. Supervise and ensure the implementation of HSE/safety procedures in the shipyard area.
2. Conduct regular inspections of work areas, equipment, PPE, and operational activities.
3. Identify potential hazards and provide recommendations to prevent accidents and unsafe working conditions.
4. Supervise high-risk activities such as welding, cutting, lifting, work at height, confined space work, and onboard vessel activities.
5. Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for workers, vendors, and subcontractors.
6. Ensure all workers, vendors, and subcontractors comply with company safety rules and procedures.
7. Prepare HSE reports, inspection checklists, and documentation for accidents or near-miss cases.
8. Coordinate with production, repair, docking, and management teams to maintain safe working conditions.

Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental, Naval Architecture, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer.
3. Experience in shipyard, fabrication, construction, workshop, marine, or heavy industry is preferred.
4. Good understanding of HSE procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, site inspection, and accident prevention.
5. Having a General Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Expert Certification (Sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum) is an advantage.
6. Firm, disciplined, communicative, and able to work directly in the field.
7. Able to prepare reports using Microsoft Office.
8. Willing to be based in Pontianak, West Kalimantan.
