Develop and execute scientific communication plans to support product strategy by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to build strong scientific relationships.
- Gathering and exchanging of local medical situational analysis and scientific insights (including stakeholder mapping) to guide brand positioning and market development.
- Developing and executing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) engagement plan
- Executing medical strategies and tactics aligned with brand and business goals.
- Deliver training and workshops for internal teams on therapeutic areas and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs in all scientific activities.
- Ensure medical accuracy and compliance in promotional and educational materials.
- Enabling scientific research and projects to support local unmet need
- Advanced degree in Medicine (MD), or Pharmacy (PharmD) Additional certifications in clinical research, medical affairs, or pharmacovigilance are a plus
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar or related role with deep understanding of clinical research, pharmacology, and therapeutic landscapes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
- Well knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in medical writing, literature review, and evidence synthesis.
- Familiarity with health economics, real-world evidence, and patient-centric outcomes
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and scientific communication.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
