Responsibilities
Develop and lead ESG and sustainability initiatives to support sustainable business growth, organizational resilience, and the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
Manage ESG data and sustainability information to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable data for business and reporting purposes.
Lead sustainability impact measurement and evaluation, including Social Return on Investment (SROI), to assess the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
Develop and strengthen sustainability governance, policies, and frameworks to ensure consistent and responsible ESG practices across the organization.
Lead the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report in accordance with relevant sustainability standards and reporting frameworks.
Drive sustainability performance and achievements through effective collaboration and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Educational background in Communication or other relevant disciplines, with a strong understanding of sustainability and ESG practices.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Sustainability Reporting, or Impact Measurement, with managerial-level experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical, consulting, or other relevant industries will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of ESG initiatives, ESG data management, sustainability governance, reporting, and impact measurement.
Familiarity with IFRS Sustainability Standards, GRI, SROI, Science Based Targets (SBTs), and risk management.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities.
Professional working proficiency in English.
