**Customer Support Staff (Live Chat & Ticket Support)**
**PT MSG INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING** is looking for a **Customer Support Staff** to join our team. You will provide customer support through our Live Chat and Ticket System for our SMM Panel platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via Live Chat and Ticket System.
* Assist customers with orders and general service-related questions.
* Work with the team to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
* **Fluent English is required** (both written and spoken).
* Basic knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.).
* Comfortable using a computer or laptop and able to type efficiently.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willing to work on-site in **Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali**.
**Application Requirements:**

* Previous experience in customer support or using a computer/laptop is an advantage.
