Job Description:
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for logistics (Freight, Clearance, Trucking, Contract Logistics), with a focus on strategic customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Logistics (Freight, Clearance, Trucking, Contract Logistics), focusing on strategic customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business solutions.
- Identify, manage, and develop B2B business opportunities for Logistics.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and potential customers through strategic approaches.
- Design integrated logistics solutions (end-to-end) based on specific customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and business terms to ensure win-win agreements.
- Collaborate with operational and account management teams to ensure delivery services meet SLA standards.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for strategic customers.
- Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and tender documents for strategic customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities to create competitive sales strategies.
- Monitor and achieve aggressive sales targets, responsible for individual revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline, and forecasting to superiors regularly.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in sales/logistics, specifically in (Distribution & Contract Logistics or Freight & Clearance)
- Language & Technology: Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Preferably have experience handling large clients or strategic industries (manufacturing, FMCG, technology, etc.).
