Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the DevOps/Cloud Ops team in daily operations and technical initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of internal and client-facing infrastructure.
• Define and improve infrastructure standards, monitoring, incident management, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Drive infrastructure automation through CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Project teams to support application deployment and operational excellence.
• Review system architecture and recommend improvements to support business growth.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive action plans.
• Monitor team performance, prioritize workload, and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), and monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Able to coach team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
