岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）

1. 公司战略管理

• 与创始人共同制定公司发展战略及经营目标。

• 参与重大经营决策及商业模式设计。

• 推动公司长期发展及市场竞争力提升。

• 建立并优化公司管理体系。

Strategic Management

• Work with the Founder to develop the company's vision, strategy, and business objectives.

• Participate in key business decisions and business model development.

• Drive sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.

• Establish and improve the company's management system.

2. 业务拓展

• 开发国内外市场及战略合作伙伴。

• 建立并维护重要客户关系。

• 寻找新的商业机会及盈利模式。

• 推动销售增长及市场扩张。

Business Development

• Develop local and international markets and strategic partnerships.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

• Drive sales growth and market expansion.

3. 融资及投资合作

• 制定融资计划并参与融资谈判。

• 对接投资机构、基金、银行及战略投资人。

• 负责投资者关系维护。

• 推动公司融资及资本运作。

Fundraising & Investment

• Develop fundraising strategies and participate in financing negotiations.

• Build relationships with investors, venture capital firms, banks, and strategic partners.

• Maintain strong investor relations.

• Support fundraising and corporate investment activities.

4. 团队建设

• 招募核心管理团队及关键岗位人才。

• 建立企业文化及绩效管理体系。

• 提升团队执行力及凝聚力。

• 培养未来管理人才。

Team Leadership

• Recruit and build a strong leadership team.

• Establish company culture and performance management systems.

• Improve organizational efficiency and execution.

5. 对外合作

• 建立政府、金融机构、行业协会及商业伙伴关系。

• 代表公司参与商务谈判及重大活动。

• 提升公司品牌影响力及行业知名度。

External Relations

• Develop relationships with government agencies, financial institutions, industry associations, and business partners.

• Represent the company in business negotiations and public events.

• Enhance the company's brand recognition and market reputation.

6. 经营管理

• 监督公司整体经营情况及经营目标完成情况。

• 分析市场趋势并制定相应经营策略。

• 管控经营风险，提升企业盈利能力。

Business Operations

• Oversee overall business performance and operational targets.

• Analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.

• Manage business risks and improve profitability.

任职要求（Job Requirements）

• 本科及以上学历，工商管理、金融、市场营销或相关专业。

• 8年以上企业管理或创业经验。

• 具有丰富的商业资源及市场拓展能力。

• 有融资、投资或资本运作经验者优先。

• 具备优秀的领导能力及战略思维。

• 具有较强的商务谈判及资源整合能力。

• 能够使用中文、英文及印尼语沟通者优先。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of senior management or entrepreneurial experience.

• Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships.

• Experience in fundraising, investment, or corporate finance is preferred.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
