任职要求(Job Requirements)

  • 本科及以上学历,工商管理、金融、市场营销或相关专业。

  • 8年以上企业管理或创业经验。

  • 具有丰富的商业资源及市场拓展能力。

  • 有融资、投资或资本运作经验者优先。

  • 具备优秀的领导能力及战略思维。

  • 具有较强的商务谈判及资源整合能力。

  • 能够使用中文、英文及印尼语沟通者优先。

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 8 years of senior management or entrepreneurial experience.

  • Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships.

  • Experience in fundraising, investment, or corporate finance is preferred.

  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
