Establish and improve the company's management system.
2. 业务拓展
开发国内外市场及战略合作伙伴。
建立并维护重要客户关系。
寻找新的商业机会及盈利模式。
推动销售增长及市场扩张。
Business Development
Develop local and international markets and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Drive sales growth and market expansion.
3. 融资及投资合作
制定融资计划并参与融资谈判。
对接投资机构、基金、银行及战略投资人。
负责投资者关系维护。
推动公司融资及资本运作。
Fundraising & Investment
Develop fundraising strategies and participate in financing negotiations.
Build relationships with investors, venture capital firms, banks, and strategic partners.
Maintain strong investor relations.
Support fundraising and corporate investment activities.

任职要求(Job Requirements)
本科及以上学历,工商管理、金融、市场营销或相关专业。
8年以上企业管理或创业经验。
具有丰富的商业资源及市场拓展能力。
有融资、投资或资本运作经验者优先。
具备优秀的领导能力及战略思维。
具有较强的商务谈判及资源整合能力。
能够使用中文、英文及印尼语沟通者优先。
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of senior management or entrepreneurial experience.
Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships.
Experience in fundraising, investment, or corporate finance is preferred.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
