Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Modeller to support the development and coordination of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate mechanical models, preparing drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum high school diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Modeller in building, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
Familiar with mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Ability to produce coordinated 3D models and construction drawings.
Good understanding of engineering drawings, codes, and standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work within project deadlines.
