Location: Remote (Indonesia)
Compensation: Performance Bonus up to USD70
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break).
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Requirement Analysis & Team Support
Understand client hiring requirements and identify key recruitment priorities and challenges.
Provide sourcing guidance, job briefing sessions, and daily support to recruitment consultants.
Assist consultants in improving sourcing strategies and delivery effectiveness.
2. Resume Screening & Quality Control
Review and screen candidate profiles submitted by consultants.
Provide constructive feedback to improve candidate quality and submission standards.
Ensure shortlisted candidates meet client requirements and increase successful placement rates.
3. End-to-End Recruitment Project Management
Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Support consultants in interview coordination, follow-ups, and post-interview feedback collection.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer management, and onboarding processes.
Resolve issues throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Team Performance Management
Monitor daily recruitment progress and team performance metrics.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to improve consultant performance.
Standardize recruitment processes and share best practices within the team.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance delivery results.
Requirements
Indonesian citizen and currently based in Indonesia.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Not currently holding a full-time position.
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in headhunting, executive search, or recruitment consultancy.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
Experience working with overseas teams or international recruitment projects will be an added advantage.
Strong resume screening and candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidate-job fit accurately.
Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently in a remote environment and perform well under pressure.
