Your core responsibilities:
Manage and review complex Accident & Health medical claims
Provide medical and technical assessment and recommendations
Interpret policy coverage, exclusions, and benefits
Provide claim technical guidance and escalation support to claims teams
Liaise with medical providers and internal stakeholders
Your profile:
Educational background in Medical, Nurse
Minimum 5 years experience in claims handling or UR nurse hospital or Third Party Payor Department
Strong analytical and communication skills
Effective time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines.
Expertise of accident & health insurance and travel insurance claim processes
Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance standards
Ability to interpret medical reports and travel documentation.
Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with fraud detection tools and techniques
